Yin Yoga is the quiet complement to our more active practices—a slow, meditative journey through long-held (3–5 minute) floor postures that target the spine, hips, and legs. Rooted in stillness, Yin offers a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect while gently opening the body’s energy channels and inviting a sense of inner balance and quiet transformation.
This immersive 30-hour Yin Yoga training is open to yoga teachers and dedicated students who are ready to explore the subtle, meditative practice of Yin.

Saturday, November 8, 2025 10:30-5:30 PM
Sunday, November 9, 2025 10:30-5:30 PM
Wednesday, November 12, 2025 6-9 PM
+ 5 non-contact hours of homework and required reading
This training offers 30 continuing education hours through Yoga Alliance’s YACEP program.
