Willetton Laughter Club

Willetton Laughter Club invites anyone who enjoys laughing to participate in regular Laughter Yoga sessions. Laughter Yoga is a mild aerobic exercise which combines playful movement with laughter, hand clapping, vocal chants and deep yogic breathing. Laughter is the best medicine to reduce stress, boost mood and to provide social connection. Laughing in a group of people is contagious and fun!
This Club is Supported by the City of Canning through the Community Grants Program.
$5 entry includes the class 9.30-10.30am and a light morning tea 10.30am-11.15am.
Carers and support workers are admitted free of charge.
Casual attendance is welcome, bookings not required.
