👧🏽👦🏼 Kids Yoga Classes, Monday Mornings start June 23rd 👧🏼👦🏽

We are excited to host a 6 week minis yoga sessions starting June 23rd. With 2 age appropriate sessions so your little yogi can get the best experience possible 🎉

Mondays

✨ 9:30-10:15a ages 3-7, a playful class with animal poses, story telling, kid yoga songs, games and lots of laughter! The perfect way to introduce yoga to your little one 🐸🐒

✨ 10:30-11:15a ages 8-12, a fun vinyasa class featuring yoga poses, breath work, block play, arm balances. Perfect for coordination, focus and building strength and confidence! 🧘🏻 💪🏻

Join for all 6 weeks, or drop in single classes welcome!🌼
