Join us for our Chakra series yoga. This class focuses on the sacral chakra. This chakra is located just below the navel. It influences creativity, sense of self worth and confidence. When balanced, one feels physically strong, with a sense of purpose and able to express oneself freely without shame. We will do a series of poses to help us balance this chakra.
