Preparing the Christingles
Volunteer Group preparing this year’s Christingles.

A Christingle is a symbolic object used in Christian services at Advent. The word ‘Christingle’ comes from the word ‘Chrsitkindl’ which means ‘Little Christ Child’. The Christingle when lit is used to celebrate and symbolise Jesus Christ as the Light of the World.
