Cacao has mood enhancing compounds such as Anandamide (from the Sanskrit word Amanda meaning bliss) -a neurotransmitter that effects levels of both dopamine and serotonin- feel good hormones. Through ceremonial sharing of cacao and somatic awareness and breath, we will embark on a journey of intention to discover the secrets of this medicinal plant.

María is a trained psychotherapist and TRE practitioner with 12 years of experience working with trauma. Also a trained yoga teacher, Maria @goldenthread.thehive works with a somatic, trauma-informed approach.

Relax and enjoy the wonderfully powerful vibrations from the Crystal and Tibetan bowls and Gongs. Sound has been utilised as a tool for healing in various cultures for thousands of years. The various techniques all have the same intention: to move us from a place of imbalance to equilibrium.
