We'll begin with an ocean waves meditation led by Caryn, guiding you gently into a grounded and peaceful state—inviting release, clarity, and ease. Following this, Dr. Meredyth will offer an immersive crystal bowl sound healing session, enveloping you in soothing vibrations that encourage deep energetic alignment.

Throughout the experience, Caryn will provide micro Reiki moments, delivering gentle healing energy to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
