About the event

International Yoga Day Free Class
PYC and guest teachers will guide you through a variety of practices, including alignment, asana, pranayama, and meditation. You’ll have an opportunity to enjoy the vibrations of sound at the end of the practice.

There will chair and ground options for the asana (movement) portion.

This is a FREE outdoor practice on Village Green. Bring a towel/blanket/chair and water. Yoga mats are optional. Participating is at your own risk.
