A 6-week series to come home to yourself
If you’re feeling burnt out, anxious, disconnected from your mind and body, or like you’re always “on,” this series is for you.
Facilitated by Amanda Lafreniere, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) and Registered Psychotherapist (RP), this is a gentle, trauma-informed series designed to help you slow down, tune into your mind and body, and begin to regulate your nervous system so you can have more ease, connection and presence in your life.
Grounded in polyvagal theory, the wisdom of yoga and mindfulness practice, each session offers simple practices to:
· Nourish and regulate your nervous system
· Ground yourself in the present moment
· Shift out of chronic patterns like fight, flight, and freeze
· Expand your capacity to tolerate emotional discomfort
· Cultivate greater self-compassion
· Develop a felt sense of resilience from within
Sessions are 90 minutes. All practices are optional and adaptable.
No experience with yoga is necessary -
