StrollerFit: 4-Week Series

🕦 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.

Join us for a fun and energizing 4-week StrollerFit series—perfect for parents and caregivers who want to move, strengthen, and connect while keeping little ones close.

Each session includes:
🚶 30 minutes of stroller walking to get the body moving
🧘 Outdoor core + strength work at the park (bring a yoga mat!)
☔ Rainy day plan: We’ll move inside the studio

This series is a wonderful way to boost your energy, strengthen your body, and enjoy fresh air alongside a supportive community.
