Join Ashlie and Brooke Johnson for an hour of Reset and Reiki to practice intentional peace, stillness and gentle moving mediation while soaking in loving Reiki energy.
Brooke will practice Reiki on each individual while Ashlie guides a gentle restorative yoga practice to promote self nurturing, peace, gratitude and embodying light, warm and shining into our most authentic journey.
Brooke Johnson is an Occupational Therapist trained in the Usui Reiki Method of Natural Healing. If you know Brooke you know she such a bright light of healing energy that you can’t help but feel when you’re in her presence 💖
✨This Reiki practice involves laying hands on or near the recipient’s body, intending to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
💫During a session, the recipient may experience various sensations, such as warmth, tingling, or a sense of relaxation.
