Hike + Yoga with Steph at Maplewood State Park 🥾🧘🏽‍♀️🍂

Join Steph for another Hike + Yoga Adventure at Maplewood State Park next Tuesday 🌞🌿🍁🥾

This is an opportunity to forest bathe while hiking and exploring trails at Maplewood. Steph will guide you on the hike incorporating breathing exercises and yoga poses while taking in breathtaking views and Mother Earth Medicine. 🙏🏻🌳

This is a guided hike and practice and open to all levels and everyone.

There will also be time for reflection, journaling, grounding and peace.

Bring comfortable shoes for hiking, a yoga mat or towel and water. 🥾🧘🏻‍♀️

Class is only $10 and you can register here per usual. An additional park entrance vehicle fee will be collected at Maplewood State Park.
