Breathe Into Better Sleep

Join Dori Grace, an advanced somatics and breathwork practitioner, for a gentle 60-minute session designed to help you calm your mind, restore balance, and take home practical tools you can use to improve your sleep at night. In this restorative class, you’ll be guided through simple breathwork, gentle movement, guided relaxation, and soothing visualization — all designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and build resilience. You’ll also learn specific breathing techniques and bedtime practices you can use in the evenings to support deeper, more restorative sleep.

Every technique can be adapted to your needs. Whether you’re dealing with fatigue, stress, restless sleep, or an overactive mind, you’ll leave with tools that can help shift your body out of stress mode and prepare for more restful nights. No experience is required — all practices can be done seated or lying down, and you are in control of your comfort at every step. You’ll finish feeling calmer, more grounded, and equipped with skills to use long after class ends.
