The Tools For Positive Behavior - a 3 day course

From “Tools for Positive Behavior Change” Curriculum

The Tools for Positive Behavior Change course is designed for caregivers who want to improve their skills and for caregivers who would like to help children with difficult behaviors behave better. Professional staff who work with families that care for dependent children or for children with challenging behaviors may also find this course helpful. Learning these Tools and learning to coach caregivers to use these Tools can improve staff members’ ability to help caregivers be more effective.
Course Goal: Participants will us the Tools for Positive Behavior Change to improve their skills
Course Objectives:
 Recognize the principles of behavior.
 Distinguish between reactive and proactive caregiving.
 Introduce the positive Tools we will learn in this course.

Please note this is a THREE day course Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (no Wednesday class).
