Stop by Cobblestone Farm's booth at the Arbol Farmers Market to learn about and taste the many different varieties of garlic that do well in this region - sample raw, roasted, and fermented black garlic. Find out which varieties store well and their unique flavors and spice levels. Bring home locally grown garlic for fresh eating and stock up for winter!
