New Year Intention Setting & Restore

Join Nicole for an opportunity to ground into the new year with her relaxing 2-hour restorative yoga immersion.
Our practice will begin with a new year's intention setting meditation and journaling exercise to manifest our dreams for 2026 before shifting into our blissful restorative yoga practice.
Calm breath techniques, essential oils, ambient music and gentle hands-on assists will be provided to enhance the restorative experience.
Dress in cozy layers and bring your yoga mat, journal and pen. All levels welcome.
