Swap Circle at the Art Center

Love sustainable fashion and believe in the power of community to create change? Join Wati Grossman and Mary Lynn Fitton from Swap Circle, part of a growing movement to Reduce, Reuse, and Repurpose clothing — for the good of the planet and humankind.

This isn’t just a swap — it’s a gathering of people who care.
We believe that:

• In community there is power to create change. We are more effective when we are connected and care about each other.
• Small acts are significant and critical.
• You matter and we want you with us!

Here’s how it works:
Bring up to 20 clean adult clothing or accessory items that you think someone else will love. If you’ve got something awesome that’s a little damaged, bring it anyway, we’ll share repair and upcycling ideas!

Drop off of items is between 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturday, June 21 in the auditorium at Palo Alto Art Center.
If you are unable to drop off on Saturday, please bring your items with you on Sunday, but know there will be a delay while your items are processed before you are able to shop.

Please no kids’ clothing, socks, swimsuits, undergarments, or lingerie.
