Summer Solstice Sonic Meditation Immersion at Radiant You Wellness

I am so excited to be sharing Sacred Sounds to Usher in the Beauty of Summer with a Summer Solstice Sonic Immersion at the Fabulous Radiant You Wellness in Palmyra!

The evening is sure to be magical and potent with healing energy as we celerbrate the fiery energy of Summer !

This is a dynamic time of year as we celebrate the tilt of the Earth bringing us closest to the sun, so that we can enjoy the longest hours of daylight and fiery energy !

Energetically, since the Spring Equinox, as the Earth started to tilt back toward the sun, our souls have been waking up again out of the tranisition of inner-focus and reflection.

Summer Solstice marks the time of the Sun reaching it's peak and it's a wonderful time to relect on the progress of the last season. We are moving out of those more inward-focused days into a season of activity, celebration and a time of the year that we are fully awake. Our spirits are alive & energized by the ushering in of peak of the Sun's expansive, nourishing energy !

In this celebration of the Summer Solstice Sound Bath, you will indulge your senses and leave feeling supremely rested, refreshed and rejuvenated - ready to embark into all of the adventures and new beginnings that await you this Summer!

Your evening of Sound Healing Meditation will be Infused with the restorative and soothing aromatics of lavender nad Frankincense... which will add a layer of healing and enjoyment to the evening as you are surrounded by the ambient tones that the instruments deliver !

What to Expect :

Rejuvenate your body, mind & soul with a blissful 90 min of Revitalizing Sound Healing Vibrations and gentle nervous system regulating techniques infused with aromatherapy!

You will be "bathed" + “immersed” in the sounds, vibrations and harmonics of instruments such as the Ancient Monochord, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Drums, Himalayan Bowls, Chimes, Tuning Forks and more!

In this intentional posturing of allowing and "Resting into Wellness," the Sound Waves (Healing Vibrations) will "wash" away anxiety and draw you into a state of deep relaxation and meditation. It is in this powerful, down-regulated brain-wave state that our beautiful body can then connect with our innate ability to heal.

The sonic waves will melt away stress and invite you into a state of deep relaxation. Sound Healing is effective because it influences not only our physical body, but our emotional bodies as well.

Sound Healing is a very gentle and accessible form of meditation where benefits are typically experienced immediately.

Please Bring: An Exercise Mat/ Yoga Mat/ or Lawn Chair, Blanket, Pillow, Eye Pillow, Water (& a friend 😉!).

Optional: Some people like to bring a journal to write in afterwards to jot down thoughts, feelings, creativity, or inspiration that drops in while they are in deeply immersed in the sound meditation.
