Bullfrog Rata & the Cuba Express @ the Hokowhitu Bowling Club

Hokowhitu Bowling Club and Bent Horseshoe presents Bullfrog Rata and the Cuba Express. Saturday May 24th at 7.30.
The cost is $25.
Bullfrog was our first official band way back when we had the Cafe at Tokomaru and infact we go back a lot longer than that.
He has always been a great supporter of us and we of him.
As the gig coinsides with Bob Dylans birthday this gig will be dedicated to him.
Bullfrog has done some Dylan nights for us before and they were always very well recieved..
Many of you will have seen the recent film and maybe have a new appreciation of the man.
Great songs and with a top notch band backing him Bullfrog will do a great job.
If anyone would like to join him on stage to do a Dylan song contact me and I will put you in contact with Bullfrog and he will organize it.

He will be bringing a great band with some of the best musicians from Wellington.


'Cuba Express' who are the same lineup who wowed the crowd at the club last time. Patrick Bleakely on Double Bass, Geoff Culverwell on Trumpet and Abe Bailey on Drums.
Geoff of course has been recognized as one of the countries top trumpet players for many years and has been involved with a lot of great music in Palmerston North for many years.
