Alaska's Golf FORE Parkinson's Tournament

Join us for Alaska's first annual Golf FORE Parkinson's Tournament at Palmer Golf Course! All proceeds go to the Parkinson's Foundation, which funds research & provides valuable educational resources to Parkinson's disease patients and caregivers.

All skill levels welcome!

Format:
Four Person Scramble
Check-in starts at 7:30, golf starts at 9:00

Lunch following play.

Cost:
Early bird special: $500/team, $125/individual
After June 15th: $540/team, $135/individual
