Adult Summer Reading: Make a Vison Board to Level Up Your Goals

Instructor Lisa Botts will share the benefits of creating a Vision Board and walk us through how to assemble one. Supplies will be provided so you can make your own!

Lisa Botts has been teaching and sharing the practice of meditation since 2018. Shifting perspectives is one of the practical approaches Lisa uses so people can know the benefits of mindfulness and meditation through finding their own quiet practice. Lisa is a certified emotions therapist, KRI certified Kundalini Yoga and meditation teacher, IKYTA member, Reiki energy guide, professional sound therapist and author.
