A dedicated single mom of five beautiful children, conflict resolution expert, and social media influencer with a passion for transforming family dynamics and relationships, Polina is a woman of many talents to say the least. Through her journey of raising children and certification in the Emotionally Connected Process, she's mastered practical, real-life strategies for managing and resolving conflicts in ways that foster connection, empathy, and most importantly emotional connection. Her experience spans not only the ups and downs of single parenthood but also the intricacies of balancing relationships and family life in a modern world.

As the creative force behind the Life With Five Kids community, she's built a trusted platform where parents and partners come together to share insights, learn proven techniques, and navigate the challenges of daily life with resilience and humor. Her hands-on expertise in conflict resolution—developed through years of personal experience and professional learning—empowers others to address disagreements constructively, communicate more effectively, and build stronger, more emotionally connected relationships. Whether she's leading a workshop, sharing tips on social media, or engaging with fellow parents and singles, her goal is to create spaces where everyone can find the support and tools they need to thrive in their relationships.

Most of Polina's studies have been in Business Marketing and Naturopathic Medicine but transitioned to training in Psychology and the science of emotions when she got divorced 7 years ago. It has transformed the relationship with her kids along with her family and simply put, changed her life! The tools that she teaches now are an easily accessible way to connect with your partner or family when there are conflicts and to be able to heal from relationship injuries! When she's not creating content around this topic you could find her at the gym making health and fitness videos or on the beaches of Maui with her kids!
