Refund Policy

We kindly request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least two days prior to its commencement. Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please note that individuals who fail to attend the event or appointment will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations are accepted through telephone or email, provided that the notification is given no less than 48 hours before the event. Furthermore, kindly be informed that a notice of at least 14 days is required for any modifications or cancellations related to party favors. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
