🌬 Sound baths are a guided meditation practice utilizing a range of percussion instruments to promote deep relaxation and mental clarity. The session begins with breathing exercises and chimes to calm the mind, followed by a journey of self-discovery facilitated by the soothing sounds of flutes, singing bowls, and crash of the gong bringing you into the moment. The experience concludes with the uplifting notes of a handpan, leaving clients feeling refreshed and inspired. In addition to its therapeutic benefits, sound baths are an effective tool for quieting the mind and promoting mental well-being.
🌈 Doors are open at 8:15 for guests to arrive and get settled in. Then the sound bath begins at 8:30am
