Regular Qigong practice has been shown to improve overall health and wellbeing.
Qi is the universal life force. Gong means art or cultivation. Qigong is cultivating the life force in the body, mind, and meridians. It has been compared to a moving meditation practice. It can draw one into a deep meditative state without much effort. The Shamans in the ancient past found ways to channel and direct healing energy through dance and song. These methods were codified and systemized into many different forms and schools.
