The summer solstice is a time of renewal, reflection, and gratitude—a chance to release what no longer serves you and welcome the radiant energy of possibility. Through gentle, intentional movement, grounding breathwork, and moments of stillness, we’ll connect with the power of this transformative season.

Make it an immersive experience and stay for dinner at The Ozark Mill Restaurant or enjoy elevated dining on the patio at The Garrison!

Remember to bring your mat and water bottle, and head to The Ozark Mill brick lot for parking.
