Farm to Jar: Pickling Perfection at Finley Farms

Soak up golden hour on the farm with an immersive garden tour and a flavorful pickling workshop.

Your evening begins with a guided tour led by Farmer Brendan, where you’ll explore seasonal crops, learn sustainable gardening techniques, and see the tools we use to keep our gardens thriving. This is your chance to ask questions, snap some dreamy farm photos, and get inspired by what's growing in the gardens each month.

After the tour, head inside for a hands-on pickling workshop with Executive Chef Brandon Peterson. You’ll use pre-harvested, farm-fresh ingredients and learn both hot and cold pickling techniques.

From cucumbers and onions to heirloom tomatoes, you’ll transform fresh produce into vibrant pickled creations to jar up and take home.

Enjoy a complimentary craft cocktail or mocktail, and leave with new skills, garden inspiration, and some seriously delicious pickles.
