Fireside Cooking at The Farm

Join us at The Farm for an unforgettable outdoor dinner where open flames meet farm-fresh flavor.

Surrounded by blooming flowers and rows of growing veggies, you’ll watch as Executive Chef Brandon Peterson and his team skillfully prepare your meal right before your eyes, using time-honored fire cooking techniques that bring out the best in every ingredient.

Guests will gather at communal tables set right in the heart of The Farm, sharing a seasonal meal featuring dishes like cedar plank salmon, chimichurri potatoes, and crab and sweet corn salad.

Everything is inspired by what’s growing just steps away.

The evening begins with a farm-crafted cocktail and ends by the coals with handcrafted s’mores and good conversation under the stars.
