Tuesday series: Faith, Beauty and Imagination in Newman, Wilde and Tolkien

Professor Pezzini (Tutor and Fellow of Corpus Christi College) is an expert Latinist but also has interests in some of the literary figures of Oxford’s more recent history. Taking three notable writers of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, all of whom died as Catholics, he will explore key themes of their oeuvre, shedding light on significant commonalities and differences. All are welcome!
