🥬 Kale Yeah! Free Wellness Talks Are Here 🥑

Starting June 19th, join Coach Christie (aka me 👋) at Bangin’ Bowls every third Thursday at 3 PM for a wellness hangout that’s free, fun, and just crunchy enough.

Each month, we’ll chat about a different health topic—nutrition, supplements, stress relief, you name it (except CrossFit… unless you really want to). Expect handouts, occasional samples (yes, sometimes snacks), and plenty of time to ask all your burning wellness questions.

Bring your curiosity, your appetite for knowledge (and possibly a bowl), and let’s get nerdy about health in a casual, zero-judgment zone. It’s like a TED Talk… if TED wore yoga pants and loved açai.
