BEGINS April 2nd & runs weekly on Wed's at 11:00 am.
Strengthen & TONE your entire body at a comfortable pace using RESISTANCE BANDS & your body weight! Not an aerobics class! Features: 15 mins BALANCE work to PREVENT FALLS & 15 mins FULL BODY STRETCH to prevent stiffness & pain! You could begin to notice results within just a few weeks! SAFE & FUN CLASS! Certified, experienced instructor inside the Heritage Place Shopping Centre - Food Basics entrance | BEGINS Wed April 2nd at 11:00 am
