Join Maria of Mestizo Academy for hands-on cooking classes that explore the bold flavours and rich traditions of Mexican cuisine. Each small-group session includes cooking, tasting, and take-home recipes. Offered in English and Spanish.

Get ready for a crunchy, comforting, and flavour-packed meal! In this class, we’ll make flautas - crispy rolled tortillas filled with shredded chicken or potatoes, fried to golden perfection. We'll pair them with fluffy, tomato-infused Mexican rice and learn how to make both red and green salsas from scratch using fresh ingredients.
