Join Maria of Mestizo Academy for hands-on cooking classes that explore the bold flavours and rich traditions of Mexican cuisine. Each small-group session includes cooking, tasting, and take-home recipes. Offered in English and Spanish.

In this fun and flavourful Mexican breakfast dish, two sunny-side-up eggs are "divorced" by being served with two different sauces - one vibrant red salsa and one tangy green salsa - separated on the plate but living in harmony! We'll pair them with warm corn tortillas, refried beans, and a sprinkle of cheese for a classic and colorful start to the day.
