Canadian Encaustic Conference - 2025

We’re thrilled to share the lineup of speakers and activities for the inaugural Canadian Encaustic Conference! This exciting three-day event runs from Friday, September 5, to Sunday, September 7, 2025, and will be packed with opportunities to learn, connect, and be inspired.

Venue: Bayshore Community Centre, 1900 3rd Ave E, Owen Sound, ON N4K 2M6, Canada

Your registration fee includes access to the full conference experience, offering:
- Inspiring presentations and demonstrations
- Access to the vendor room
- A variety of interactive activities including morning Yoga.
- Enjoy a full buffet lunch each day with gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options available. Light morning and afternoon snacks, as well as tea and coffee, will also be provided.

The Connect Banquet: a special evening event where attendees can network, share ideas, and celebrate the encaustic art community in a relaxed, social setting. Separate registration is required.

Flexible Learning Opportunities
The conference will feature three rooms with concurrent sessions, allowing you to tailor your experience. There’s no need to pre-register for individual sessions—simply attend the ones that resonate most with your interests and artistic journey.
