Together, we’ll move through a grounding yoga practice designed to connect you to your breath, body, and the magic of the season. Then, rest deeply as you’re guided through a soothing sound journey featuring singing bowls and chimes.
This event is open to all levels—no experience needed. Come as you are and leave feeling rooted, refreshed, and renewed.
