Karate in Ouray County

Join us for Karate with Sensei Kay Briggs. We offer unlimited monthly classes in Ouray County (meaning you can attend each week in Ouray and/or Ridgway — or both). Tuition/registration is DUE the 1st week of the month.

Karate class is a great way to learn skills to keep you safe, stay in shape and strong core movements. Karate believes in using it only to protect self and is taught accordingly. Whether you are new to Karate or a seasoned student, the Sensei will work with your level. Taught in the kyokushin kai-kan style, similar shotokan style of karate, we welcome new students to try this exceptional experience for your mind and body!
