We are excited to invite you to join Thorncliffe Place in this year’s Walk for the Dementia Society on Sunday, September 21st, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Dementia has touched so many of our lives, whether through a parent, grandparent, friend, or neighbour. This walk is our chance to come together as a community to honour our residents, support their families, and remember those we’ve loved and lost.
We warmly welcome you to walk alongside us (Thorncliffe Walk&Remember Team), residents, families, and staff, as we share in a day of connection, music, and meaning. Together, we can make a difference for those living with dementia and the people who care for them.
