- **Event Description**: Step into the world of tinsmithing, where technical tradition meets creativity in a hands-on exploration of metal craftmanship. In this beginner-friendly workshop, you will work with tin and other metals to cut, shape and assemble a container. You will gain confidence using tools of the trade, including hammers, tin snips, and punches, as you express your unique style. Program supplies are included in the cost of registration. Light refreshments will be served.

September 21 from 1 pm to 5 pm

Plongez dans l’univers de la ferblanterie, où la tradition technique s’allie à la créativité dans une exploration pratique du travail du métal. Au cours de cet atelier pour débutants, vous utiliserez de l’étain et d’autres métaux pour découper, façonner et assembler les pièces d’un récipient. Vous prendrez de l’assurance dans la manipulation des outils du métier, notamment les marteaux, les cisailles de ferblantier et les poinçons, tout en exprimant votre style personnel. Les fournitures du programme sont comprises dans le coût de l’inscription. Des rafraîchissements seront servis.
