Veg Potluck & Community Kirtan Party with OMBuds & Friends

As part of a 4-day weekend retreat in Ottawa (May 23rd - May 26th), please join us for a Special Event on Friday, May 23rd to enjoy a Veg Potluck at 6pm, followed by a Community Kirtan Party from 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Bring a friend!

OMBuds Kirtan & Friends will be leading us into this sweet practice of kirtan — repeating mantras – repeated words of love, light and praise. By doing this, we have a way of meditating by concentrating on music, sound, and vibrations. This shall be a practice of the heart; all you need is receptiveness, a smile, and your beautiful presence. Enjoy a Vegetarian/Vegan Potluck at 6pm followed by Kirtan at 7pm. You may bring a cushion or bench to sit on.
