The Producer’s Chair with Tom Power
Step into The Producer’s Chair for a rare fireside chat between Tom Power and Jim Ed Norman, recipient of the Bob Kingsley Living Legend Award and former Warner Bros. Nashville CEO.

Hear Jim Ed’s behind-the-scenes stories of iconic records by artist such as The Eagles, Anne Murray, and Kenny Rogers and how he affected the careers of Randy Travis, Faith Hill and Blake Shelton, among others. As co-founder of Nashville’s Leadership Music, his philosophies on creating sustainable music industry ecosystems are rooted in the power of mentorship, collaboration and legacy.

Following the conversation, experience a premiere performance of Cover Story — the unreleased album by Canadian artist Tara Shannon, produced by Jim Ed Norman. This album is a tribute to the Canadian female artists who influenced Tara's artistry and a celebration of the incredible music made here in Canada.
