E- End of Life
The Home Hospice Association believes that no one should die alone unseen or without dignity — no matter where they lay their head. It is for this reason that they have created the H.O.P.E. Mobile Hospice. Units will exist to bring compassionate end-of-life care directly to people who are living and dying on the streets. Marginalized communities often lack access to quality end-of-life care leaving many to face death in isolation. The Mobile Hospice Service seeks to change that by delivering compassionate life-affirming support—directly to individuals in need wherever they are providing support rooted in the belief that hope still matters at the end of life.
