The Bleu Table: Festive Edition

Enjoy a variety of delicious gourmet creations prepared by talented Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa students - all while supporting the incredible work done by ONFE!

Under the expert guidance of Chef Atifa Prinsloo, our Superior Cuisine and Pastry students will be showcasing their skills through a series of food stations, each designed to highlight both classic techniques and fresh creativity.

• Live Chef Station – Lobster Bisque with Butter-Seared Scallops, Pommes Pailles & Ouzo Cream
• Hot & Cold Canapés – a curated selection of savoury bites inspired by French tradition and global flavours
• Desserts – sweet creations to complete your culinary journey

By attending the event, you will be giving back to your community through the Ottawa Network for Education (ONFE). A portion of the proceeds from each ticket will be donated directly to ONFE to support their critical work with children and youth.

One of ONFE's key initiative is the School Breakfast Program. Children who start their day with a healthy breakfast perform better academically, engage more in class, and experience fewer behavioural challenges. Your contribution helps provide 16,000 local students with a nutritious breakfast and the opportunity to begin each school day on equal footing.

Be sure to bring some spending money - ONFE will also be hosting a silent auction with fantastic prizes!
