Join us for a 75-minute Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) yoga class with Nicole (@paddleandflowyoga) at Honey Gables Park – a peaceful, scenic spot that’s perfect for all levels. Whether it's your first time or you’re a seasoned yogi, this class promises a fun and relaxing experience on the water.

* Must be comfortable swimming
* SUP boards and life jackets provided (or bring your own)
