We value Play, Connection, and Community as important and powerful components of happy and healthy lives.
We aim to create spaces where people can free themselves from their day-to-day personas and embody their inner child for a while. Our goal in hosting themed dance events is to evoke a sense of wonder and playfulness for participants by transforming spaces into immersive playgrounds and encouraging creative and unique costumes.
We try to embody an ethos of kindness, respect (for self and others), and informed/safe/balanced partying - we want our community to take care of themselves and one another, and to party responsibly.
We throw our parties out of love - love for the music, for this community, and for each other. We attempt to prioritize collaboration and community-mindedness when possible. We are just big kids, trying to share the playground with our friends (you)!
Etiquette
This event is a positive space that encourages inclusivity and community. We ask that you please respect everyone and their space, no matter what. Anyone who is not in accordance can be asked to leave, so let’s keep the good vibes alive!
Dancefloor
The dance floor is a sacred space. It’s a place where people can get lost in the music and sensations while feeling free to express themselves and connect on a deeper level, free of spoken words. Help us keep the dancefloor sacred by trying to keep conversations on the dancefloor to a minimum and move to the sidelines/back of the dancefloor or to the seating areas for conversations.
Costumes/Theme
Costumes or theme-wear are always optional, however we do try to offer an alternative to the stereotypical beauty norms of traditional night clubs. As such, we invite our guests to get silly and creative and to wear what makes them feel fun, sexy, beautiful, or extra!
Be Kind & Respectful
Respect each others’ personal space and boundaries. Try to give people space to dance. If someone is in the zone, let them be. If someone does not want to dance, respect their no.
Respect Each Other
Respect each others’ bodies. You can appreciate each others’ beauty and creative costumes/dance moves, but someone's clothing or dancing does not imply consent to touch. Seek clear, enthusiastic and ongoing consent for any physical contact/activity and respect decisions. No means no!
Responsible Partying
Know your limits - moderation is key! Protect your ears. Stay Hydrated. Take breaks. Stretch. Take care of yourself and each other!
Zero Tolerance Policy
No verbal or physical harassment, racism, xenophobia, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, etc. of any kind will be tolerated. If you or someone else feel unsafe or needs assistance, let a staff member or event organizer know!

MADISON is a rising force in Ottawa’s house music scene, proving she knows exactly how to make bodies move and booties shake on any dancefloor. Over the past few years, she’s been slaying the local scene, performing with a variety of Ottawa’s event collectives and rocking the decks at signature clubs like City at Night and 27 Club. This summer, she stepped onto the festival stage for the first time, delivering high-energy sets at Camp Summerdaze and Front Republic Music Festival.
Effortlessly blending brooding basslines with ethereal, spacey melodies, MADISON likes to get deep, dark and dirty, and lost in the groove. With every set, MADISON hopes to inspire a sonic exploration of the human condition, encouraging listeners to find catharsis, connection, and an undying spirit of rebellion.

SOKOTTA is a house and techno music producer based in Ottawa. His raw passion for electronic music began in 2013 when he first heard the genre and fell in love with everything electronic.
Sokotta’s distinctive sound is all about the underground. His musical ethos fluctuates between groovy house and bass beats, and a flare for female vocals. He has an affinity for ‘mature wubs’, a term he proudly coined.
Sokotta spends all of his free time in the studio, refining his vintage underground bass-y sound, and playing his music in Canadian clubs across Eastern Canada. His most recent releases were signed by Street Tracks and ODFM Records , and had a very positive reception in the dance community.
