Event Highlights:

• Connect with Other Moms: Meet local Ottawa moms, share experiences, and start building your village.

• Relaxed Atmosphere: Bring a lawn chair or settle in on our comfy blankets (we’ll have some ready for you!). Enjoy complimentary coffee and snacks — please help yourself (and save Emma from taking leftovers home!).

• Topic of the Week: We’ll kick things off with a 30-minute chat on a topic around motherhood, postpartum care, infant sleep, and more.

• Open Q&A: Bring your questions — Emma will be happy to chat and offer advice and support.

• Build Your Village: Stay for connection time, swap numbers, and find your new mom friends!

• Kid-Friendly: Babies, toddlers, and little ones are all welcome.

We’re passionate about building real support during postpartum and are proud to offer these groups for free to make connection, education, and support more accessible for all families.
