October 2025 CSPA General Meeting

Join us in-person on Wednesday, October 22nd at 7pm. This meeting will be held *in-person* at Sacred Heart High School, with a virtual option to attend. For October we will be learning about Career Planning, with highlights including...

• skilled trades, ontario youth apprenticeship program (oyap) and apprenticeship pathway
• cooperative education, specialist high skills major (shsm) and dual credits
• myblueprint and careers week

Our regular Board Update will be provided by Sean Kelly, Superintendent of Student Success (Intermediate and Secondary). All OCSB Families are welcome to attend.

We will also be holding our elections for CSPA's Executive. If you are a member of your school council and interested in joining CSPA's Executive, please e-mail us at aW5mbyB8IG90dGF3YWNzcGEgISBjYQ==. We look forward to hearing from you and having you join us!

School Councils - We will also see the return of our School Council Construction Construction Zones this year, discussing, sharing and brainstorming important topics for our school councils.

Our meetings are hybrid (in-person / Google Meet), however we encourage in-person attendance to have the opportunity to meet and mingle with other school councils, parents/caregivers, school board staff and Trustees.

While only CSPA Representatives from each School Council are able to vote at our meetings when required, you do not need to be a CSPA Representative to attend our meetings. All OCSB parents/guardians are welcome to attend.
