The Green Party of Canada - North Island - Powell River presents "Humanity at a Crossroads: Transformation or Extinction"
Join us at 6:00pm, October 17 at the Florence Filberg Centre in Courtenay, BC to hear David Suzuki's insights about escalating climate change and the relationship between humanity and the natural world.
Prior to the 7:15pm presentation, guests can purchase a signed copy of David Suzuki's book, The Sacred Balance: Rediscovering Our Place in Nature (25th Anniversary Edition), or his children’s book Bompa’s Insect Expedition, and have him personalize it. If you have purchased any of David Suzuki's books prior to the event, you can bring one book in for signing.
Light refreshments will be available by donation.

David Suzuki's presentation will be at the Florence Filberg Centre, located at 411 Anderton Avenue in Courtenay, BC. Doors open at 6:00pm on Friday, October 17, 2025. The venue is wheelchair accessible with ample free parking.
