Osteopathy in the Park

Join us for an Osteopathic Exercise Workshop at the stage at the Lewis Center!

We'll focus on the spine, shoulders, and hips, moving through:

* Myofascial stretching
* ELDOA exercise for joint health
* Mobility progressions
* Global postural stretches
* Strength training

Along the way, we’ll discuss the why behind each practice so you can better understand your body. You’ll leave with a handout of all the exercises, plus time for Q&A and personalized guidance for your unique needs.

This donation-based class is offered with no pressure to pay—just an opportunity to connect with a community of people seeking long, healthy, and meaningful lives, with support along the way.
