Mondays at El Jardín: Grow your Tango with a Class and Práctica

We are proud to announce a new initiative on Monday Nights. We call it "El Jardín" - the Garden. We are hoping to create a space for new tango dancers to grow and for experienced dancers to cultivate their skills and sense of community.

Due to the heat at the Dalhousie Street location, we will be at Bronson Centre (211 Bronson Ave.) in Room 110 for the month of July. Please note the time change from 7:15 to 7:00 PM. Climate controlled and cool, this space has been well updated (painted and re-floored) since we used it last in 2019. You can find out about parking here:

Theme for this month is “Techniques for Flow and Transitions.” For followers, we will focus on individual technique that will help dancers transition from one figure to the next. For leaders, we will focus on ways to create flow, instead of “starting at the top” of your learned sequences.

Class for Intermediate dancers from 7:00 to 8:00
Práctica from 8:00 to 10:00 PM.

Class + Práctica: $20 per person (includes HST)
Just Práctica: $15
Full-time Students: $10
Special rates for those attending consecutive Sunday + Monday nights
