Join us for an interactive workshop centred on all things labour, informed decision making, and comfort measures — including hands-on techniques, partner support strategies, birth planning tips, and real-world tools to help you feel confident and prepared for whatever birth brings. Bring your partner too — this workshop is designed for both of you to feel supported, involved, and ready.
